Description
"Mash the Pony" is a purely natural product made from wheat bran, barley malt, chia seeds, inulin, brewer's yeast, nettle, apple meal, peppermint, Himalayan salt and beetroot, which stimulates drinking and supplies the stomach and intestines with valuable electrolytes, minerals, and vitamins.
Recommended use:
- Mix 1 - 4 DL porridge with warm water (1 DL = 50g)
- A waiting period of 48 hours is recommended for competitions (peppermint).
Tip: By adding a little more high-quality salt or ready-to-use electrolyte powder, you can ensure that all the necessary electrolytes are included, for example after a competition or after hard training.
