Description
Magnesium makes up a considerable percentage of our bones, weighing in at about 12% of our bones. For this reason, magnesium deficiencies can have a negative effect on bone structure and can also negatively affect the muscles or lead to muscle cramps.
Dr. Weyrauch's Mg Magnesium contains exclusively purely organically bound, highly available magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate. The formula also includes herbs to ensure better bioavailability. The bioavailability of magnesium citrate is 3.5 times that of magnesium oxide.
