The Hurricane turnout rug provides reliable protection for horse and tack no matter how heavy the rain. The ultra-light polyester fabric has a waterproof PU coating that lets water simply roll off. hook-and-loop fasteners and cords around the girth and tail ensure that the rug stays securely and comfortably in place. Plus, each side has a hole for the stirrups.
