• The recommendations are generally based on a roughage intake of at least 1.5 kg hay per 100 kg body weight per day.

The feed provides essential amino acids that are digestible in the small intestine, including lysine, methionine and threonine, as part of a balanced protein supply. The recipe also contains antioxidants such as vitamin E and selenium, which help support normal cell protection against oxidative stress.

Easy-to-digest carbohydrates from hydrothermally processed maize and barley flakes provide readily available energy, combined with concentrated energy from high-quality vegetable oil. The added chopped lucerne encourages chewing and saliva production, supporting normal digestive function as part of the daily ration. This tasty, oat-free muesli is completed with grape pomace containing polyphenols and crunchy pea flakes.
