Description
Stiefel Biotin Plus Pellet contains biotin, methionine and zinc for optimum hoof, horn and coat quality. Stiefel Biotin Plus can help compensate for feed-related biotin deficiencies which can negatively impact hoof and horn growth and impair elasticity and resistance.
NOTE: Stiefel Biotin Plus should be given over a longer period of time and but at least for 9 months because biotin is only noticeable when new horn cells grow. On average, the hoof grows 1 cm per month.
Feeding recommendation:
Horses (600 kg bw) 10 g daily
Small horses 5 g daily
1 heaped measuring scoop = approx. 10 g.
Due to its higher content of feed additives as compared to complete feed, do not give more than the maximum daily amount of 100 g per day of this supplementary feed. Store feed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use up quickly after opening. Keep away from small children.
