Description
Beetroot is one of the healthiest vegetables there is! The tuber provides plenty of minerals, vitamin C, various B vitamins, provitamin A, calcium, iron, iodine, potassium, magnesium and folic acid. The combination of the many nutrients and active ingredients has a particularly positive effect on the immune system and stimulates the metabolism.
