Description
The valuable ingredients naturally found in milk thistle oil are said to have a detoxifying effect. The flavonoid silymarin is the main active ingredient of the oil and is also known as a natural liver tonic.
In addition to the polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid (omega-6 fatty acid), top milk thistle oil also contains high amounts of vitamin E and vegetable steroids. The cold-pressed oil is ideal for supporting the liver.
