This neck piece is perfect for wearing with the Turnout Rug - All Weather Pro, especially in less favourable weather conditions. The 1680 denier high tenacity polyester is durable and dirt-resistant and it incorporates a waterproof and breathable PU layer. It is also edged with soft, faux rabbit fur to protect the sensitive neck and ear area. Four strong hook-and-loop fasteners make it easy and quick to combine with the All Weather Pro Rug.
