Gastro-Mash is ideal as a tasty snack for horses with sensitive stomachs. The mucilage contained in the flaxseed increases the lubricity of the mash and protects the intestinal mucosa. Humic and fulvic acids can detoxify and absorb excess stomach acid. This is why they are also known as natural acid blockers.
